     LarryHagman.com aims to bring you the very latest news about me, my work and the charities that matter most to my wife Maj and myself.
     Fans of DALLAS and I DREAM OF JEANNIE will find sections specifically devoted to these two television series, and the roles that have brought me the greatest infamy - respectively, those of the nefarious J.R. Ewing and the straight-laced Major Nelson.  I have many fond memories of both of these series, and am pleased to be able to share them with you here through episode guidelines, personal photos and favorite video clips.  Over the years, my work in television and film also includes many other projects that I'm proud to have been associated with, and I encourage you to get a full sense of the many roles I have played by reading through the entire Film Credits section.

An Evening With Larry Hagman

Spend an evening with the man Entertainment Weekly ranked as one of the 50 Greatest TV Icons. Hear him share stories of his life and career, including his famous mother, Mary Martin; the discovery of a Jeannie in a bottle; and Who Shot J.R. – 350 million “ Dallas” fans worldwide wanted to know! It’s a warm, funny, and candid self-portrait, featuring a multi-media presentation filled with vintage family slides, rare film clips, and outtakes. Larry wraps up the show by taking questions from the audience. Larry Hagman was inducted into the Texas Film Hall of Fame in March of this year.

Larry, along with his Dallas co-star Linda Gray,  were guests on the CBS Morning Show on Monday, Nov. 2, 2009.  

Larry recently completed an appearance in the Polyphon TV Production of "Das Traumschiff 2009 - Indian Summer", a German production. HIs episode is entitled 'Indian Summer' and aired on German and Australian TV on Jan. 1, 2010.

CÓMPLICES

Larry returns to television in the Spanish soap "Cómplices" ("Accessories"), to be released by the private channel Antena 3 next September, 2009.

His character in the Spanish production is named Richard Slater, a millionaire morally dubious. He is the father of the main character of "Cómplices", Harvey (Martijn Kuiper), a young American millionaire who finds out that he is adopted and his biological family is Spanish. Therefore, he will travel to Spain to track down his blood lines. This circumstance will be used by a band of con men. Larry's filming commenced the end of July, shot in Marbella and other places from the Costa del Sol areas of Spain.

Produced by Linze TV, the new Antena 3 daytime soap "Cómplices", already introduced in the "Seminci TV", will begin to air in Sept. Besides Martijn Kuiper and Larry Hagman, the show co-stars Cristina Peña, Belinda Washington, María Luisa Merlo o Bruno Squarcia, among others.

Bring Back ... Dallas aired on Channel 4 BBC1 in England on May 27, 2009 at 9pm.  This was the latest occasional series hosted by comedian Justin Lee Collins in which he stalks former members of the TV series in hopes of forcing a reunion.

Larry was inducted into the Texas Hall of Fame on March 12, 2009.  Bestowing this honor on Larry, was his DALLAS co-star Linda Gray. The Texas Film Hall of Fame awards took place Thursday, March 12 at the Austin Film Studios. For more information, please visit www.austinfilm.org.

FanSource A Fan Appreciation Weekend
Dallas Tribute Dinner

The eighth annual FanSource A Fan Appreciation Weekend took place Oct. 10 - 12, 2008 at the Beverly Garland Holiday Inn, in Los Angeles, California.  This year's event featured a fund-raiser/tribute dinner honoring the cast of DALLAS.  DALLAS celebrity guests who attended the event for autograph sessions, Q&A panels and photo ops so far were Christopher Atkins, Morgan Fairchild, Linda Gray, Omri Katz, Deborah Rennard, Charlene Tilton, Sheree J. Wilson and Mrs. Howard Keel.  The weekend concluded with a fund-raiser dinner reuniting the DALLAS cast.  Attending the dinner has a very special guest is Larry Hagman.  The tribute dinner was a fund-raiser to honor one of the cast members, and as it was a surprise, the announcement was made at the dinner. For more information, please visit FanSource.com.
