Larry is storming the media landscape by starring in a pro-solar advertising and publicity campaign in which he proclaims “Shine, baby, shine!” The initiative issues a “solar wakeup call” inviting Americans to go solar -- and do so smartly by embracing the value of high-performance photovoltaic technology made by Americans according to U.S. quality, environmental and labor standards. The July 13 launch of the campaign coincided with SolarWorld’s gift of 100 kilowatts of solar panels to the Solar Electric Light Fund, which Larry serves as board member, for use on Partners in Health clinics in Haiti. Ewing and the straight-laced Major Nelson.  I have many fond memories of both of these series, and am pleased to be able to share them with you here through episode guidelines, personal photos and favorite video clips.  Over the years, my work in television and film also includes many other projects that I'm proud to have been associated with, and I encourage you to get a full sense of the many roles I have played by reading through the entire Film Credits section.

Hear him share stories of his life and career, including his famous mother, Mary Martin; the discovery of a Jeannie in a bottle; and Who Shot J.R. – 350 million “ Dallas” fans worldwide wanted to know! It’s a warm, funny, and candid self-portrait, featuring a multi-media presentation filled with vintage family slides, rare film clips, and outtakes. Larry wraps up the show by taking questions from the audience. Larry Hagman was inducted into the Texas Film Hall of Fame in March of this year.

Larry, along with his Dallas co-star Linda Gray,  were guests on the CBS Morning Show on Monday, Nov. 2, 2009.  

Larry recently completed an appearance in the Polyphon TV Production of "Das Traumschiff 2009 - Indian Summer", a German production. HIs episode is entitled 'Indian Summer' and aired on German and Australian TV on Jan. 1, 2010.

CÓMPLICES

Larry returns to television in the Spanish soap "Cómplices" ("Accessories"), to be released by the private channel Antena 3 next September, 2009.

His character in the Spanish production is named Richard Slater, a millionaire morally dubious. He is the father of the main character of "Cómplices", Harvey (Martijn Kuiper), a young American millionaire who finds out that he is adopted and his biological family is Spanish. Therefore, he will travel to Spain to track down his blood lines. This circumstance will be used by a band of con men. Larry's filming commenced the end of July, shot in Marbella and other places from the Costa del Sol areas of Spain.

Produced by Linze TV, the new Antena 3 daytime soap "Cómplices", already introduced in the "Seminci TV", will begin to air in Sept. Besides Martijn Kuiper and Larry Hagman, the show co-stars Cristina Peña, Belinda Washington, María Luisa Merlo o Bruno Squarcia, among others.
